Tottenham Hotspur have confirmed that Ashley Phillips has joined Middlesbrough.

The England Under-21 defender leaves North London after joining Spurs from Blackburn Rovers in August 2023. Although he did not make a competitive first-team appearance, Phillips was named among the substitutes eight times during the 2023/24 season.
